The personal information we collect will be stored and used in mainland China, except as provided in Section 8 of this Privacy Policy, within the purpose and scope of use of this Privacy Policy, and in accordance with the terms and procedures stipulated by relevant Chinese laws and regulations, and will not be transferred outside of China.

4. How We Share, Transfer, and Disclose Your Personal Information
(1) Sharing
We will not share your personal information with any company, organization, or individual other than PDI Design & Tech. However, the following exceptions apply:
(a) Sharing with explicit consent: We will share your personal information with other parties after obtaining your explicit consent;
(b) Sharing your personal information externally as required by law or mandatory requirements of government departments;
(c) Disclosure for the purpose of investigating, preventing, or combating fraud, security incidents, or technical problems, or for conducting or assisting in litigation, arbitration, or other legal proceedings;
(d) Sharing with our affiliates: To improve our technology and services, your personal information may be shared with our affiliates. We will only share necessary personal information, and this will be subject to the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy. If an affiliate changes the purpose of processing personal information, we will seek your authorization and consent again;
(e) Sharing with authorized partners: Some of our services may be provided by authorized partners solely for the purposes stated in this policy. We may share some of your personal information with partners to provide better customer service and user experience. Our partners are not authorized to use shared personal information for any other purpose.

5. How We Protect Your Personal Information
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information and prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss. We will take all reasonable and feasible measures to protect your personal information. For example, we use encryption technologies (e.g., TLS, SSL), anonymization, and other means to protect your personal information. We have also established a comprehensive information security protection system to ensure the security of data, including your personal information.
In the event of a security incident such as a personal information leak, we will activate an emergency plan to prevent the incident from escalating and notify you through push notifications, announcements, etc. We will also proactively report the handling of personal information security incidents as required by regulatory authorities.
6. Your Rights
In accordance with relevant Chinese laws, regulations, standards, and common practices in other countries and regions, we guarantee your right to exercise the following rights regarding your personal information:
(1) Access to Your Personal Information
You have the right to access your personal information before you cancel your account or we suspend services, except in cases stipulated by laws and regulations. If you wish to exercise your data access right, you can do so through the following methods:
Personal Registration Information: If you wish to access your personal registration information, you can do so through the personal information page of the corresponding application. If you have a reasonable request to access other personal information, please send an email.
(2) Correcting Your Personal Information
If the personal registration information you provide is incorrect, you can correct it through the personal information editing page of the corresponding application. If you believe that other personal information of yours is incorrect, please send an email to legal@uisee.com.
(3) Deleting Your Personal Information
You may request that we delete your personal information in the following circumstances:
(a) If our processing of personal information violates laws and regulations;
(b) If we collect or use your personal information without your consent;
(c) If our processing of personal information violates our agreement with you;
(d) If you no longer use our products or services, or you cancel your account;
(e) If we no longer provide you with products or services.
If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also notify the entities that have obtained your personal information from us, requiring them to delete it promptly, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, or these entities have obtained your independent authorization.
When you delete information from our services, we may not immediately delete the corresponding information from our backup system, but will delete this information when the backup is updated.
Please note that as an alternative to deleting information, we may anonymize personal information. Furthermore, we may retain some of your personal information to the extent required or permitted by law, and anonymize it to the extent feasible.
(4) Changing the Scope of Your Authorization and Consent
You can refuse us from saving your personal settings when visiting the website by blocking cookies. See Section 2 for relevant instructions.
(5) Deleting Your Account
If you have registered an account, you can delete it at any time through the corresponding page.
After deleting your account, we will cease providing you with the corresponding services or functions and, upon your request, delete your personal information, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations.
(6) Restraining Automated Decision-Making in Information Systems
In some services or functions, we may make decisions solely based on non-human automated decision-making mechanisms, including information systems and algorithms. If these decisions significantly affect your legitimate rights and interests, you have the right to request an explanation from us, and we will provide appropriate remedies.
(7) Responding to Your Requests
For security purposes, you may need to provide a written request or otherwise prove your identity. We may require you to verify your identity before processing your request. We will respond within fifteen business days after verification. If you are not satisfied, you may also file a complaint through the methods listed at the end of this Privacy Policy.
In principle, we do not charge fees for your reasonable requests. However, for repeated requests that exceed reasonable limits, we will charge a certain cost fee as appropriate. We may refuse requests that are unreasonably repeated, require excessive technical means (e.g., requiring the development of a new system or fundamentally changing current practices), pose a risk to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are highly impractical (e.g., involving backup servers or information stored on hard drives).
We will be unable to respond to your request in the following circumstances, as required by laws and regulations:
(a) Directly related to national security or defense security;
(b) Directly related to public safety, public health, or major public interests;
(c) Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;
(d) There is sufficient evidence to show that you acted maliciously or abused your rights;
(e) Responding to your request would seriously harm the legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals or organizations;
(f) Involving trade secrets.
7. Protection of Minors
The functions and services on this website are intended for adults only. Children under the age of 14 may not create their own user accounts, nor should they use the corresponding functions or services. If parents or other guardians fail to supervise their children or allow children to use the corresponding functions or services, it will be deemed that the parents or other guardians have agreed to this Privacy Policy on behalf of the child.
